Comprehensive Quotation
We pride ourselves on transparency. Within 24 to 48 hours, you will receive
a fully landed-cost quotation. We do not believe in hidden fees.
Our quotes are comprehensive from the start.
What’s Included: Your final quote explicitly covers the component cost, dedicated international air freight charges, and all standard import duties/customs clearance for South Africa.
Procurement & Dispatch
Once you approve the quotation, we require a minimum deposit of 50%, unless arranged differently. We then immediately finalize the purchase with our overseas suppliers. The hardware undergoes a final verification check before being securely packaged for international transit.
Status Updates: You remain informed throughout this process, knowing exactly when your PLCs, HMIs, or electrical components leave the international hub.
Air Freight & Delivery
To minimize your operational downtime, all components are imported via
expedited air freight. We handle the logistical complexities and
customs clearing upon arrival in South Africa. Invoice balance is due
upon product delivery.
Final Delivery: The hardware is dispatched directly to your facility or designated site, ready for installation and integration into your automation network.
